We've been busy, busy, busy! Jeffrey looks bigger and acts older everyday. He follows directions so well. I'll give him a simple direction and after thinking about it for a second, he does it. He is my buddy. While "cruising" on the furniture the other day, he let go and clapped six times but no steps yet! Since he's been sleeping better, I feel like a new person. We've added some activities to our routine. We now go on an evening walk and some days a morning walk as well. He loves riding in the wagon and uses his cup holder. Sometimes his hat or cup go overboard and we have to go back and pick them up. Lacey has started going with us too. She needs it and loves any attention she gets. We also go to Barnes and Noble story time every Thursday morning with several of our new friends. There's always a story and activity, then the boys play with the trains and blocks. Many of his friends have had birthday parties lately. It's so fun to see how everybody celebrates. We are so lucky to have met such wonderful new friends.
I made a book with pictures from his birthday party and added people's names and simple phrases. We talk about each picture and the people and what was happening. We've only had it for three days, but I think it may be his new favorite!
